Our COVID-19 Response

Dear Patients,

As our mission reads, we are committed to providing comprehensive pelvic and bladder care through education, research, advocacy, and management. Patient safety and well-being is our primary concern. In light of the current coronavirus/COVID-19, we wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the precautions we are and have always taken at our clinic to ensure your health, safety, and well-being.

Please know we always have and continue to employ the most up-to-date infection control procedures at our office. Be reassured that the infection control and standard precautions we employ are excellent deterrents to COVID-19 and every other virus. In addition to the routine steps we take, we are extra vigilant with cleaning in all clinic areas. Surfaces that would normally be cleaned and disinfected daily are now being disinfected multiple times throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is readily available in all areas of the clinic for your use.

We also ask for your help in keeping everyone safe. Please consider masking if you are not fully vaccinated.

If you have not been feeling well, have a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, please contact your primary care provider and call our office to reschedule an upcoming appointment. Our team (who are also being diligent about their health) will be available to answer any questions or concerns.

Please refer to the CDC’s COVID-19 situation webpage or the Department of Public Health website for the latest information or guidance. Stay safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Sincerely,

The Team at Pelican Health
