The Healthy Lifestyle Challenge is an 8-week plan to help you incorporate lifestyle changes to improve your pelvic health, boost energy, and reduce your total body fat percentage.
Each week challenges you to introduce a healthy lifestyle you can stick to forever! Weekly prizes will be given to 3 individuals.
We will announce the weekly challenge on Facebook, starting Tuesday, January 2nd and each Monday following for the 8-week challenge. Weekly prizes will be drawn, so make sure to share, like, etc. The more you share, the more times your name goes into the drawing!
The GRAND PRIZE WINNER will complete each week’s challenge and have the largest % body fat loss at the end of the 8 weeks and complete the 3 items below:
- Complete each of the previous week’s challenges
- Present to Pelican Health on or after January 2nd for baseline measurements
- Present to Pelican Health on or before February 27th for final measurements
